Are there any articles or videos that would help a GM familiar with running games on Roll20 get up to speed on running games using Fantasy Grounds?

Welcome to the forum sirkerry! The Grumpy Old DM did a series of videos for this very purpose. Although I haven't viewed them all, his videos are pretty solid from what I recall. Here is a link to the first of a 12-part series he did:

This is about 2 years old but a comparison (by DigitalDungeonMaster). Keep in mind it's just a straight up this does this, this does this. It might help you see what one does the other might not/etc.

Savage Worlds is what I'm wanting to use (I also have the D&D 5E stuff).

For Savage Worlds you also want to go get the various free extension that have been made for it in the Savage Worlds section of the forums. The PDF document that comes with the Savage Worlds ruleset downloads mentions several and shows how to use them.

Now also, depending on what book and/or Savage setting you are using you may need some of the additional Savage Worlds FG items since those add on stuff in terms of functionality.
