Is it possible to add a damage condition to a token in the Combat Tracker?

ie Flaming Weapon; +1d6 damage

Additionally is adding something like Fire shield doable? Everytime the target is hit, the attacker is hit for 1d6+X damage?

Thanks!

You can use

burning sword; DMG: 1d6 fire

Flaming shield can't be done as effects are considered augments to the character that has them. If you attack someone you can't get damaged from an effect on them, you'll need to manually track that. Effects can check for conditions on things they're targeting (see the 3.5 effects list) to switch on/off the augments to the character that has the effect but that's about it.

Check out the effects page in the Wiki: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/3.5E_Effects

For lots of examples, see the effects library (Sticky at the top of the 3.5/PF thread): https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?18006-Effects-library

I've looked over the conditionals, however I have one more question :) (probably a LOT more than 1 lol)

I have a player that has a +2 AC bonus vs Giants. Is it possible to have:
Defending;AC: 2 vs giants?

Conversely for a bane weapon:
+2d6 vs Giant

And only have them trigger if a giant is involved?

Thanks!

See the TYPE conditional here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/3.5E_Effects#Conditional_Operators

You need to use the IFT (IF Target) conditional.

For example: IFT: TYPE(giant); DMG: 2d6; AC: 2

See info here (and a couple of posts before) for information regarding IFT when applying to attacks or defences: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?43589-Creating-an-quot-IFA-quot-conditional&p=387838&viewfull=1#post387838
