just got a new modem, annnd I have connection test failure.

I have opened the port 1802 on my new modem and it still has connection test errors. Any advice? I have a game in a few days. I am the DM btw no idea if that matters.I sat on hold for hours with ATT setting up the port forwarding so I know for sure it is forwarded. sooo I have no idea anymore...

Check your network is set to private and not public. Also check that you have created an exception in your antivirus for Fantasy Grounds. Did you try just setting UPnP and letting FG set the port? If none of the above help can you do a tracert 8.8.8.8 and post a screenshot of the result.

I got it to work. I needed to do a hard reset for the changes to take place.
