The bulk of the Incarnate System is now CoreRPG! It is still available for free here: https://incarnategaming.github.io/download/

As to What the Incarnate System is... It is a way to rapidly respond to players decisions or build worlds (and consequently simplifies character creation in expanded sections).

Incarnate-Foundation is the foundation of the whole project. This CoreRPG module is rule-set neutral, yet can generate lore for most campaigns. Your players walk into the bar and ask to speak to more people in the room than you have? Pop up the npcs by background cheat sheet and choose an occupation you like (smith, noble, city guard, or 56 more) and click generate. Don't feel inspired? Click the table at the top and roll a random background. The generation will give you personality, bond, flaw, ideal, race, name, and physical description. From there let your imagination soar.
The Foundation also does Buildings, Chase scenes, dungeons, npcs by race, plants, and organizations. It is planned to expand it so it can handle Quests, Rooms in a Building, and special locations (like towers, forts, monasteries, pyramids, etc.)

Incarnate-BattleMaps has hundreds of simple battle maps to fight on. They may not be intricate or detailed, but if you are on a budget they are free. They are also sorted by tables allowing you to roll a random map in a terrain. These tables make it so that other modules (like Incarnate-5eBattles) place a random map under certain circumstances or are pernamently linked (like cities in Incarnate-Penolia).

Incarnate-Penolia is a lore neutral world that is perfect to write your own lore on top of. The explorer's guild (https://explorers-guild.github.io/gettingStarted.html)explorer's guild has some ideas on what is going on, but your world will likely look completely different. If you are running Incarnate-Foundation, Incarnate-5eExpansion and Incarnate-5eBattles you can (and I have for the past 6 months) run 0 prep games based entirely on randomly generated content. We hope to expand this level of functionality to other rulesets in the future, but that depends entirely on what the community posts they want and what they vote for (https://incarnategaming.github.io/voteNow/proNobisNextProjects/).

Incarnate-Syrinscape allows the native playing of Syrinscape sounds without any extensions. Some links from here are placed by generators elsewhere (like a random Tavern Ambiance whenever you generate a Tavern), others are linked directly to items and spells in the Expansions (so your acid splash actually sizzles and you can hear your staff hitting). For any of this to work you will need syrinscape with at least the adventure path https://syrinscape.com/subscriptions/1-adventure-path/ which costs $12.99 every two months. If playing online, you will also need a way to pipe the sounds to the other players at the table, such as the free voice meter banana https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm

Expansions the previous should work in any CoreRPG ruleset. The following are custom expansions that will only work in a specific ruleset. New expansions will be done based on public demand voting here: https://incarnategaming.github.io/voteNow/proNobisNextProjects/

Incarnate-5eExpansion holds the bulk of the rule sensitive information. This includes Backgrounds (languages, features, skills), Classes, Effect Coding, Feats, Items, Pregenerated Characters, Races (ability score increase, languages, and other features), and Spells. This setup has been streamlined to aid in Player Character creation by having effect coding linked. For example, Barabrian's Rage feature starts with "Effect Coding" then has a pin for the effect coding that can be dropped into the actions tab then has "Description" followed by the description. Backgrounds have premade parcels that can be dropped into the inventory and classes have choice lists that summarize the properties of the items and gives pins to drop your choice into the inventory.

Incarnate-5eForge has thousands of pre-generated magic items. From your "Adamantine Longsword of Dragon Slaying" to your "Dancing Shield of Fire Resistance" there are tons of items with effect coding. This section is not perfect and is scheduled for revision when I get an extra week to redo it.

Incarnate-5eBattles contains an enhanced bestiary, prebuilt combats, a random encounter generator by CR and terrain and a bunch more. This is currently in beta testing and is still a long way from being able to be released, but is pretty good at lower levels (the System Reference Document does not have enough beasts for high level play, so I'm getting to write a lot more to "enhance" the bestiary. This is slow going and is going to take a while.)

Legal. This project uses information from the System Reference Document under the Open Gaming License https://dnd.wizards.com/articles/features/systems-reference-document-srd, the DanDwiki (heavily re-balanced as much of it was originally broken, yet they have great ideas) under the GNU Free Document Licnesehttps://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/GNU_Free_Documentation_License and content that I have personally written. Information from the other two sources are provided as "copy left" material at the bottom of the download page here: https://incarnategaming.github.io/download/ as well as inside of Incarnate-5eExpansion's Reference Manual.

ProNobis,
Amazing work! I just saw this and installed all the components. VERY impressive! I am particularly liking the Syrinscape add-on!
Some questions:
1. How do I add additional sounds from SyrinScape?
2. If I generate a random building, with some random people in it... how to I keep the results for later use?

Please keep up the great work!

Hi Iotech!
1) It used to be that you had to code it in the xml to add them like this... that changed with Tuesday's update. You can now paste a syrinscape app command (or a website url for that matter) into the chat and it will convert to a link. You can then put a link where you want it. I do plan on expanding Incarnate-Syrinscape, feel free to ask for specific changes you want on the vote page https://incarnategaming.github.io/voteNow/proNobisNextProjects/
2) For now you need to drag the shield of the generated story to where you want it. It would be great if someone could write a lua extension that would roll all embedded story template links and then place the new links. (should be a pretty simple lua loop, but I have not learned lua yet so it will probably be a while before I can write it myself).

This looks fantastic - I will be checking this out - and really appreciate the system agnostic stuff - which allows me to learn the tool and keep it with me regardless of the game I'm using.

It should work in any system... relevancy will be a question for some. I hope the generator's give the type of stuff all rulesets can use, but there will be some stuff missing, like a space ship generator, because I have no background and no idea what people would even want in a spaceship description. As you find stuff you want that is not there please add it to the wall (hopefully with a description that makes sense) https://incarnategaming.github.io/voteNow/proNobisNextProjects/

Having some problems with Forge crashing. Going to redownload. If it does it again, I'll PM you some diagnostic data.

Forge is huge (thousands of magic items) and opening it can take a very very long time. When fantasy grounds is trying to open something big (either loading it or loading a list) you need to patiently wait for it to finish and not click anything. I was just using that version of Forge and it works, but is very very slow to open the cheat sheet's linked buttons. It is possible that if you have less ram than I do, that it is impossible on your setup. Even if you cannot open the lists directly, you might still be able to use the forge. Try rolling 3-5 tier 2+ boss loot. If you see any magical weapons or shields with multiple properties (adamantine longsword of dragon slaying, mithral javelin of frost brand, adamantine plate armor of fire resistance, etc.) then the forge is open and working. I will check your pm shortly.

Ah, good news! Solved the Forge crash - I was loading an outdated version of the SLAFS extension. It didnt misbehave until I tried to load Incarnate Forge. Removing the SLAFS extension from my campaign fixed the issue, and since SLAFS is deprecated anyway, there is no bug in Forge. Sorry for the false alarm.

Yes, pronobis. You have come a long way. I cannot wait to finish the Generators extension, but my work has me buried for a few more weeks until I will have time to do more than check the boards.

Bidmaron, really looking forward to your extension. With it, the table structure can grow more precise, and the results better.
Iotech, glad it was an extension malfunction. Forge is huge and clunky, but I don't think there is a finesse way of having that many magic items... Maybe something will strike me eventually. Maybe an extension that does a more advanced "forge" function from templates? (combines magic bonuses and GP costs as well as concatenation of the descriptions)
