Should i buy fantasy grounds ultimate licence first or Complete Dungeon Master's Guide and core classes pack? got money to one or two.

Hi lukaskupasz welcome to the community.

I am going to assume that you are going to be the DM. If so then you need some kind of license (either the standard or ultimate) to be able to use any DLC such as the DMG or PHB. Therefore your first purchase has to be the license. After that you will likely want the PHB. This contains all of the rules and options for character creation and therefore will give your players many more options when creating their characters.

Perhaps you can consider the monthly subscription for a license instead of the one time purchase and still afford the PHB?
