Just prior to our game this evening our group downloaded v3.3.5
Tonight when I rolled a death saving throw I received the following script error:
Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_actor.lua"]:200: attempt to index local 'rActor' (a nil value)

It appeared as though the failed save was properly applied (checked the correct fail).

Are you using any extensions? Does this happen in a new campaign without extensions?

I don't believe that we're using any extensions. None that I am aware of. I'm a player, not the DM.
I'll try to get him to respond. He's in the east coast US time zone so it's getting late. He probably won't reply until tomorrow.
Thanks Zacchaeus

I had the same error for a player last night. I have not had time to experiment for the cause (whether an extension is causing it or not).

Just thought I'd pipe in so the poster doesn't feel alone :) Also, I'll get email notes now when this thread is updated. ** double :) **

sounds like a similar error i had for no reason beginning of this month since i was building from 3.3.5

https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?43215-Dice-withoout-numbers

Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_actions.lua"]:628: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)

turns out attempting to roll dice in the tower was NOT giving any array of dice at all.

could be unrelated other than both happened in 3.3.5 and both return the error involving "a nil value", but seems something somewhere is not passing a variable properly in 3.3.5 coreRPG

Ok, I'm now on my computer rather than a tablet and I can reproduce. Thanks all for reporting I'll make sure the right person knows.

Minor hot fix pushed for 5E ruleset to address death saving throw script error.
