I have decided at the very last minute to run a second game this FG-CON, this game will be run on Friday 13th 13:00-17:00 UTC, I have no idea exactly what the adventure will be just yet, I'll have to write one!

As soon as it is approved it will very empty of players, so please sign up!

Five hundred years after the races of the southern lands won the Blizzard war, they suffer its legacy still. For five centuries the winters have grown steadily longer and colder. Huge swathes of the land of Rassilon are permanently covered in ice and snow, and even the temperate lands are not spared the misery of failed harvests, deadly winters, and the dreaded Hellfrost wind.

But winter is not the only danger. A mere 30 years ago, magic, once the civilized races’ most potent weapon, suddenly began to fail. The Siphoning, an effect of unknown origin, has made magic an unpredictable ally.

Welcome to the world of Rassilon.

Welcome to the Hellfrost!

This session will be run on the Fantasy Grounds Discord server: https://discordapp.com/invite/4zXsDH
New players welcome.

The party will consist of 4-8 characters as detailed below:

Lady Branwen Ap-Gaidon, Human (Anari) Heahwisard a minor noble she discovered she had magical abilities but quickly tired of formal training and over-confident in her abilities she left for a life of adventure whilst little more than an apprentice, over the last year her power has
grown but she still has little love or tolerance for life outside of the cities.

Garth Ap-Argius, Human (Anari) Arcanologist, Garth has spent the last 40 years searching and researching for relics of the old times, now in his older years what he lacks in strength and combat he makes up for with his knowledge and sharp wit, more that one opponent has been distracted at a critical moment by a barbed comment.

Rodgar, Engro Thief, a guild thief from the Cairnlands, he left the area due to misunderstanding about the guild funds, that has long been settled but his curiosity is currently fuelled by the adventurers he finds himself with, also he wants to make that one big score before heading back.

Hord Brighthammer, Frost Dwarf Rune Mage Healer, his loyalty to the party and his stubborn refusal to accept he actually cares for these humans and even a elf, has saved the lives of more than one party member over the past year. He has recently uncovered a second runestone and has begun to learn its art.

Coldfire, Frostborn Fire Elementalist, a secretive young woman, she uses her frostborn abilities and fyr elemental powers to great effect, she is driven by the desire to discover if cold is the fifth element.

Cynric Odwinsunu, Human (Saxa) Leader of men, trained to be a war general and tactician he proved too cautious in his first engagement, he now surprisingly travels with a group of adventurers, most of the time they ignore his orders but his tactical knowledge has helped on more than one occasion.

Snowrunner, Taiga Elf Paladin or Eostre, an outsider to his own people, Snowrunner has been God cursed by Thrym, he now dedicates his life to defeating the Hellfrost and Thrym.

Volas the Stubborn, Human (Tuomi) Hearth Knight, The winters grow longer and the ice and snow creeps forever closer to the Heathlands, standing against the white tide are the Heath Knights. Volas has travelled with the party for the last year, together they have battled the monsters that stalk the winter realm.

Aniel “Bladesinger” Tolarggan, Human (Tuomi) Skald, Fascinated as a child by the heroic tales told by skalds around glowing hearths and seeing the rapt faces of the audience, Aniel decided at an early age to become a story teller. Her small size means she is often ignored as a threat, this proves useful in combat and out when she will use her words or songs as a potent weapon. She is loyal and a good friend to have, and hates to admit when she might be wrong.
