What voice chat tool would you recommend, besides Skype to twitch?

The main two that people seem to use are Teamspeak and Discord. Both of which have community or official servers:

Some people like TeamSpeak because it appears to have better quality if you're using sounds/background music. It also is pretty self contained - i.e. the players use it just for your game, they don't have all sorts of other distracting channels while in your game.

Some people like Discord for the additional voice chat features it offers in and out of game. Personally, this is one of the reasons why I don't like it! ;)

Discord is my voice chat of choice. It's also my text chat of choice. Multiple channels within each group allow for very strong organization, like having an IC channel and an OOC channel and a place to keep all the cat pictures so they don't swarm the main chat.
