So I have been wanting to play D&D for a long time but I Don't have friends who would want to play D&D. So I would just stick to just watching and listening to D&D podcast. I have the standard licences and the complete D&D bundle thanks to steam. I also have discord for voice chat. I'm interested in 5E and would love to give it a try. if There is a group out there or a DM willing to tolerate a green horn like me i'm all ears.

Also i live in the east coast Canada EST

Welcome GalacticFruits

In less than 2 weeks we are running the 12th Fantasy Grounds FG Con 12 virtual convention.
Its completely free to play and open to new and old players alike.

Check it out here: https://www.fg-con.com/events/

Many great GMs are running games as well as a dozen games by Expedition to Sleeper Island, and games by The Fantasy Grounds College and Pro Nobis and Savage Mojo.

SmiteWorks support the Con by upgrading Standard Licenses to Ultimate Licenses for that weekend.

Hi there GF from Ontario! Certainly look at the FG Con 12 games. Getting into a new group happens frequently from these one off games, so it's a good way to audition for a group (or audition a group from your perspective).
