NPC spell casting syntax

Can someone take a look at this and let me know if they can see what I'm doing wrong? For some reason, this NPCs and Spell Casting modifier will not load in the combat tracker. I've compared it to an NPC I've done previously, and I do not see where the issue lies.

All of the spell names start with a capital letter. Make them all lower case.
