Purchased modules not loading or showing up in library

I tried the suggestions in the other threads about this:

I have tried going Settings > Manage > Clear > Relogin. Didn't work.
I have tried removing the .dat files and reupdating. Didn't work.

Nothing is working, please help!

It shows that you're using the demo license. Put in your standard or ultimate license in the settings screen and update again. Demo licenses are not allowed to use WoTC content as GM.

I am trying to use it as a player. I just want to add my characters.

Not saying this is 100% the issue, but I notice your launcher says v3.3.4 FREE which means you haven't input your license key yet. I keep reading here that free (demo) clients can't access DLC so I'd try double-checking that first.

If you want to use DLC from WoTC as a player, you're required to have a license (either standard or ultimate). This is a restriction imposed on SmiteWorks by WoTC, if I understand correctly. DLC from other publishers does not necessarily follow this model, but it *is* up to the publisher.
