Help installing community-made rulesets?

I've been trying to install the World of Darkness ruleset offered in the community downloads section, but whenever I click the link, it just takes to a browser page filled with code. Am I to copy this code to a word file? If so, then how do I save it as a PAK file?

I'm not familiar with that one personally, but;

Try right clicking on it and Save Link As... Then place the .pak file in the FG Data\Rulesets folder.

You can find the FG Data folder by clicking on the folder icon on the FG launch screen.

Click the link towards the top of the page that says 'Ruleset Download'

It should download a file named, 'World of Darkness.pak'

Put this in your ruleset directory (On my windows 10 machine, this is %appdata%\Fantasy Grounds\rulesets)

You're welcome. Sometimes there is a browser setting or extension that changes the default behavior.
