I have a PC. My friend has a Mac. Can we play together? I am drawing a blank on what this is called. Thanks

Yes, you can play together. Your friend will need to install using the Mac install or via Steam, which will actually install WINE and then install FG inside of that. WINE is a Windows emulator.
