Character Summary has incorrect numbers

I was creating a character the other day and noticed that Character Summary had the incorrect number of points listed:

I exported the characters and did a diff of the xml and noticed some lines missing:

I edited the db.xml, added those missing lines to the character, and Character Summary was correct again.
Adding the exported characters as there were a few other differences, but nothing that I feel would impact Character Summary.

Thanks for the heads-up, the issue is fixed in v4.6 ruleset. The issue is if skills don't have attributes assigned in very-right letter casing, then it counts skill increases as if it exceeded attribute. To manually fix this for now, make sure in skill's description Ability field has attribute's name in lower cases.
