View Full Version : I can't get to login to my DM campaign screen

I keep getting the "Join Game" icon when I launch the program and no matter what I can't get the "Load Campaign" button to show (I restarted my Mac as well). Please advise.

Do you mean that you cannot join your DM via the join game button? That is you cannot connect to your DM. Or do you mean that the actual load campaign button is not present on your start screen? Can you provide a free shot of your start screen?

I am the DM and cannot see my Load Campaign button. Here is a screenshot as well.22226

You've got one of the old Player only licenses (used to be called "lite").

Open the "settings" window and out your Standard or Ultimate license key in the top field. Then do an update.

If you got the life to full upgrade, make sure you have your lite key in the top "license key" field and your upgrade key in the second "lite to full key" field. Then do an update.

I tried going to settings and doing an update. Same thing still. As of yesterday, I had a Standard monthly subscription, which I cancelled in PayPal, I then today bought the one-time $39 standard license.

I am not clear on what you are asking about in your second paragraph.

When you made your purchase you will have got a new license key. Make sure you enter that key correctly as Trenloe notes above.

OK - do the following:

Get the license key from your new $39 standard license.
Open FG.
Click "Settings".
Clear out both of the license key fields.
Put your new license key (from step #1) in the top "license key" field.
Click "OK" then "Update"

Ahh, thank you both, I have it working now! Exactly as you have said, I still had the old key in there - put the one in and it loads up fine.
