Attempting to get the Unearthed Arcana Module of the Fantasy Grounds Store and when I get to the paypal screen it continues to state it is having problems at this time.

Paypal does not allow $0 transactions unfortunately, so you will need to add a $1 donation to get the order to complete through Paypal.
