How do you remove Parcel/Encounter/Story Buildup?

So every time I have a table output to a parcel, encounter, or story, it saves it to the list of the respective category. My lists are filling up with lots and lots of results. Is there any way to turn this off?

You can't turn it off - as to create those records for display the data needs to be populated in the database. You'll just have to delete the ones you don't want. Or output to chat and manually create the relevant record.
