Does anyone know how I can use the Pathfinder content I have purchased for Fantasy Grounds in 5E.

Is there a simple XML trick here I can use?

You can try the Universal Module Extension (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?41034-Universal-Module-Extension), the caveat being that Pathfinder and 5E have drastically different data for the playable bits (NPCs, Items, Spells, etc.) but the Images , Story pages and Reference Manual will be usable. You'll have to create your own 5E versions of the rest.
