In a haze of clicking I deleted a player map from my Tomb of Annihilation Module... is there a way I can get it back???

Go to the module activation screen and right-click on the module and select revert changes.

Woo Hoo!! Thank you, Trenloe! I was worried I was in trouble there. =) I accidentally deleted some things from my HOTDQ module and I was starting to sweat.
