Hello everyone. I'm wondering if I, as admin and DM, create a PC can a new player take control of this player when the log in?

Yes. By default GM created PCs are unowned. You can take ownership via a right click option - and you can similarly clear ownership.

Excellent. Can you also explain to me how the mechanic of the hunters mark works on the ranger? Ensuring that the added d6 damage is pegged on top of the initial hit. I can't seem to get it to add on.

Click Site Search and enter "hunters mark" and sort by Date :)
