There is some sort of technical issue with PayPal that is affecting new subscriptions. In each case, the payments are processing properly but PayPal is not sending the information through to our server for the new sign-up. This issue began around 3:20 AM PST today and has continued throughout the day. I just saw a brand new subscription go through fully at 17:37 PST, so hopefully that means that the issue is fixed going forward and old transactions will be getting processed soon as well. Non-subscription transactions do not appear to be affected in any way.
