So I just discovered the roll tab on the character creation interface. Is there an easy way to auto-roll all of them?

Because it’s hilarious, here’s what Siri thought I said:

So I just discovered the role tab on the character creation in a face. Is there an easy way to Arturo all of the attributes?

What's a roll tab? And roll all of what exactly?

It's a chat tab in manage characters. I have no idea how to use it, don't know if you can get FG to roll all the ability scores automatically orr not.

EDIT: couldn't find any mention of it in the wiki or User Manual

There's not a way of automatically rolling all stats that I'm aware of.

But you can make it fairy quick:
1) Setup the roll parameters at the bottom of the "Roll" tab.
2) Right-click on the d6 on the desktop and left-click on the number of d6's to roll (probably 3 or 4 if you're dropping the lowest). You will now have the number of dice anchored to the mouse cursor.
3) Left-click these dice into a hotkey slot at the bottom of the desktop.
4) Click the hotkey slot to roll, or use the relevant F-key 6 times.

This way you can quickly roll a set of stats.

Ok, the hotkey makes sense, I hadn't thought of that... but there is a bug.

BUG:

If you right click and choose 4d6 and drop them in the tray, they role, but the d6 is now in the tray and doesn't return on it's own to the line of dice.

Right click on the background and select 'arrange dice'

Right click on the background and select 'arrange dice'

Yes, but no one wants to do that after every roll...which is what you wind up having to do currently

It's part of the original design, trying to replicate the table-top experience - the dice land on the table where they land. There's been some changes in the general chat window in campaigns, but maybe not in the Manage Characters interface. The devs can make a decision if this is something they need to change/"fix".
