Demo's not able to connect

I have the Ultimate License. My table hasn't changed and I know my subscription hasn't either. But one of my players says they cannot connect to my table staying that demo user limit exceeded. What is going on? I thought I could have any demo user connect.

On the startup screen, does it say "v 3.3.3 ULTIMATE"?

You actually need to enter your license key - purchasing the license doesnt auto-update your client.
