There are all the ones on the main page of the Wiki (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page).
There's the Star Trek Adventures (2d20) (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?44138-Star-Trek-Adventures-Ruleset-and-Extension&highlight=star+trek+adventures) ruleset and extension.

@Ferghis: If the ruleset has been zipped up into a .pak file, you drop that into the rulesets folder of the Fantasy Grounds data folder. The link to your data folder is the folder icon in the top right of the screen when you start the Fantasy Grounds launcher. Modules (.mod) files go in the modules folder. Extensions (.ext) in the extensions folder. Some of the older community rulesets may not be a .pak file. You an either rename it yourself, or unzip to the rulesets folder and have a subfolder there with the ruleset name. As long as the base.xml file is in the top level of the zip archive or the subfolder, it should work.

There's no API restriction based on license.

The big thing with a free license is that you can't really use it to GM (as you can't save campaign data), but you can use it to view/demo non-DLC rulesets - including the community ones listed in this thread and elsewhere. I think that, in order to demo/view a ruleset in the unlicensed (free) version, you need to have a prepared campaign folder generated in a Full or Ultimate version. I don't think the demo will generate a campaign on its own.

"Create Demo Campaign" is available in the free version. It doesn't save any data, but it does allow you to look at the ruleset functionality.

For the MoreCore ruleset and its extension rulesets you can add a fair amount of game data to the PCs and you can export those even with a Demo version.
You can create and use any other data in that session only as you cannot save any other data.

Any chance the Alien RPG can get its own forum room? The thread linked here goes to the thread where the guy writing the ruleset is doing his development work and hunting down bugs, it’s not really a place for us to share ideas and content.

FWIW, I think the game system is going places, and a dedicated space for us to chat about it and FG would help us build the community for it within FG much easier.

Searching the FG store, I couldn’t find BRP, GURPS, or Traveller books? Are they really selling books for ALL those forum rooms under Game Systems?

And, is that really the roadblock? It would be a bummer to learn the only way to get our own room would be not in the hands of the community, but left to the odds of business dealings :(

Appending every post with [Alien RPG] is a sub-par solution, as we can’t expect new folks to know the protocol there, and it still puts them in the sea of other posts non-relevant. Do I need to start a petition? Reach a certain number of posts? Host a game to show that it rocks!? Tell us, oh great and powerful OZ, what must we achieve to be granted our forum independence?

GURPS - I don't believe we sell anything related to GURPS. This has been a forum as long as I have been a member and has slowly faded off over the years.

1E and 2E share the same code and only has slight variations. 1E shares the forum with 2E.

We don't currently separate forums based on every system unless it garners enough of a popularity to receive it's own forum. This is why the CoreRPG and Other Systems forum is used primarily for community creations and CoreRPG related questions and best practice is to use the brackets to signify what system is being covered. You can see this with MoreCore. It currently has a huge following and there isn't a splinter for that project, as an example. There are constant discussions on changes and improvements to the forums within the organization, but nothing to report as of yet. You may email [email protected] to voice your concerns and suggestions as well to petition Alien RPG have it's own subforum. We always welcome our community's thoughts and concerns.

I always feel defeated whenever I email a support line- something about the dismissive nature of it all "Thanks for your feedback! We value it, but you'll never hear from us again!"

I'll send my email, and I will keep asking around on the forums, and maybe someday it'll get annoying enough that we'll get our own room! I mean, an extra forum room under game systems isn't going to inconvenience the rest of the community, will it?

Well like I said we are constantly discussing improvements to the forums and just waiting on the strategy on how to move forward. I believe the one thing is our support crew does a great job funneling the requests and concerns to the proper channels or handle it themselves. This kind of topic does make it to my inbox and others as well. So even the coding side gets involved. Your voice is heard :)

I know its been some time since this thread's been made , but I got a question....
I made characters for Rogue Trader using the W40KCG and it doesnt allow conversion to xml
or even can xfer the character data to your ruleset..(rather unity).I also see n option to create characters
through the engine...

How do you actually create or transfer RT characters to your campaign?
