Finding folder on a mac

I bought 'The_Death_Knights_Squire_-_A_5e_Solo_Gamebook' mod. but I own mac and don't know hot to drop this into the FG mod folder. Help!

Start up FG and click the folder icon in the top right hand corner. This should open your FG data directory.
