Existing player having connection/downloading file issues

I have a play that is connected within my network that is having issues now after being connected for months.

Dutch was a new name just in case.

The connection is iffy as it sometimes fails. All gamers from outside of the house have had no issues.

He is connecting to your PUBLIC IP from INSIDE the network.
Have him use your LAN IP when on the same network.
Your Firewall is objecting to someone on the inside going out and trying to come back in...
