I am GMing a 5E game in which one of my players has purchased the PHB Deluxe module. I do not have it. I am entering the Library/Module menu to activate the module for the player (I can see their DMG and Volo's), but their Monster Manual and PHB Deluxe purchases are missing. The player is frustrated as they desire to access the content they paid for. We tried having the player delete and redownload the modules, but the same issue persisted. We also tried the 5E Demo module, and the same thing happened.

Is there something I need to do on the GM end to try to get this option to appear to activate for the player? I know that I won't have access, but earlier in the campaign I was able to open this resource for them, and now I cannot. Thanks in advance.

Good thing to find out I am not alone with this problem. In a reply in my Post (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?41931-No-access-to-purchased-module-that-the-GM-doesn-t-own-(PHB-5E)) it was stated that the problem is currently being investigated. Just know that it is probably not a problem on your end but instead something that changed with the PHB (afaik the Monster Manual has no content for players so it wasnt shareable before as well).

Indeed, I'm aware of the issue and it is being looked into.
