Player can not connect to the campaign ... It looks like the FG freezes on the loading screen.
He is using the same network as I, connecting through internal IP.

We are using the internal IP that appears in the FG itself. I think the problem is not this, because in the chat it appears that the player in question has connected. However, on his side, the screen is frozen in loading.

If you are sharing a lot of material then that will take a while to download. So perhaps just leave it for a wee while. You can test on a new campaign without sharing anything to see if they can actually connect and if they can then it's the download.

Frozen just means FG is working on downloading all the content you have shared with him. If it's taking more than 15 minutes, then you can go look at the player cache and make sure the size is changing and do some network monitoring to see that data is being transfered etc.

crappy wifi... connect the GM machine via LAN cable...
also have the player clear their cache for that campaign...
