Is there a way to design my own character sheets? I want to make a more interactive sheet with drag and drop features as well as links to various resources that I have. This includes a house rulebook I am writing (same quality standards as FG digital content).

Welcome to the forums Sailor.
Yes you can, but it will require you to do some customization and coding in XML and possibly in LUA. You will want to do it as an extension. If you are up to the task (it's not quick) you can start by making a copy of the 5E ruleset and starting to modify it from there. There are people on the forum that can help direct you to resources including the developers guide etc.

Thanks for the info! I have some experience with LUA coding but nothing extravagant. Will I need XML and LUA for creating new rule sets? I'm writing a couple rulebooks I intend to send in for review for publishing after some test runs with my players.

Yes, all extensions and rulesets are written using XML and LUA. Their is a specific flavor of LUA that is used, I think it's listed in the developer guide, but since I'm not a developer, not sure :)

Generally for new businesses, new work from not currently establish industry players you will be directed to publish on the DMsGuild where you can publish for both Fantasy Grounds and for the wider 5e community.

That sounds better to be honest. I will get ahold of them. Thank you for your information and guidance.
