Yes, there are games around which are text only. Check the LFG channel, and advertise your game there.

I personally run text games just for the deeper RP that the medium brings. They are out there, but they are becoming more rare. Next time I have an opening in one of my games l, I'll drop you a PM.

Lately, the games I run are once a week in FG using discord as chat medium, but I also have a dedicate RP chat room on my server for each of my campaigns, that way we can play the session but the other 6 days of the week we can keep playing till we get to the huge, dice rolling, parts
