Missing Monsters from the d20 SRD?

I bought the $5 SRD from whoever sells it (cant remember ATM)

What I know is there were some monsters missing because of a copyright issue (those that are not allowed in the SRD like the beholder) If anyone has a list of those monsters, I would be extatic. I want to ad them into my personal SRD so that I have the full list.

There used to be a page for this over at WOTC, but I can't seem to find it now that they've redone their site. Basically, they're monsters that they have an intellectual interest in for various reasons -- creatures like mind flayers, xorns, beholders, and a few others. Most are related to the Forgotten Realms.
