Hi,
I bought a discounted FG 5E pack through Steam which came with all the current campaigns. Steam says everything is downloaded, but when I run FG it shows the 5e material with a red X and a shopping cart and doesn't allow me to add anything that I've bought.
What do I do?
I tried clicking on the User Manual and User Guide links on the start-up page, but nothing happens. Are they supposed to open?
I've also updated FG and put in my license key.
Thanks,
Paul

Confirm that you are using the correct Steam credentials?
Try logging into Steam in a browser first and leaving teh window open.

Oddly, I can't seem to log into steam from a web page.
I did manage to download all the materials, and got the ultimate upgrade which appears to be working fine.
My issue now is I can't connect. When I try the test I get a failure every time
I looked at some other posts about this problem, but they didn't help me.
Here's some info:

Did you double check that 192.168.189.1 is the internal IP of your computer you are running FG on?
The only other thing I would note is that your local Wan IP looks strange (I've never seen one with a slash in it).
One of the gurus will be along to tell us more.

Your local IP address is wrong. It shoudl be (in your case) 192.168.0.something
You can get the something from the fantasy grounds connection page or from a cmd prompt by typing ipconfig

Yep, changed it to the correct address and it connects.
Thanks
