Wonder if I can put some module i've done after finishing everything.

Hi Martin2301 you can create a ruleset (pak or ext file) but you cannot share a mod without permission and you are unlikely to get permission.
You might be able to do things like create the skill lists and in the description have "see GMs Guide p142" etc but that is as much as you can do and share.
Have a look at the Star Wars: Edge of the Empire module for an example.

If I recall correctly, however, there's a lot of stuff in the 3.0 version of the Warcraft RPG that was released under the OGL. He should be able to release that as a mod, no problem - so long as he sticks to the OGL parts.
