Occupations in Lua

I've been looking at the lua scripts from "Example Language Extension" and the occupations from "Creating Occupation Modules" and find myself wondering if there is a lua code that could be used for occupations like is done with the skills.

for anyone looking to do this other than me my work around is to create the occupations in the db.xml of the campaign. Then copy the xml to another location for when I need to start a new campaign.
