Adding tokens for players or NPC's..??

In a campaign I am creating a major player/foil/benefactor of the players is going to be a lich. I have created one with a template and have everything but a viable pic. Is there a way to find or make a lich pic for this npc?

Yes. Use tokentool or something similar to make the token. For the portrait you need a .png file of about 50x50 px which you’ll need to create in a paint package of some kind. There are likely a million images on the internet you can use.

Just use your favorite image editor gimp/ps/whatever and build it like a sandwich.
