5E-Addons?

I was seeing the Wizards theme, it's inside the vault folder in 5E-addons, I've seen that it's a folder that's inside a folder called extensions and in this folder 5E-addons has a file called manifest.ext
Is there somewhere that teaches me to do something like that?

In fact I want to put the content of a theme inside a folder so I can load it into a Dulux extension, in the case of DOE - Location and DOE - Sound, I already have it in the folder but I would like to transform it into extension and remove the folder I created from inside the Extensions folder.

Remember to ZIP from within the directory of the extension you've developed. Then rename .zip to .ext and move to the \extensions directory. Then delete the directory of the extension you've just zipped up.
