Are there no premade effects available for C&C? Surely someone has created something..

Let me learn how to play it first then I'll be happy to. It seems C&C has a much smaller FG following than I thought.

@JohnD made one here in the forums. I'll be pestering @Andraax to add base/common effects into the ruleset anyway. :)
