I was thinking about purchasing Cotct, how is it through the fg system? Did you run into any issues? How did the harrow deck part work in this system?

You can build a table for your harrow deck which is supported in FG not sure if the purchased Cotct has that built in or if you need to add that feature on your own. Naturally I am sure someone in the community has built it and would be willing to share it with you.

Also would be interested in playing if it is a day of the week I can swing.

In CotCT the Harrow deck is implemented using tables in two different ways

1) an 6 row index that then rolls on one of six 9 row tables, one for each ability (strength, dexterity, etc.).
2) All 54 cards in one table called "Harrow Deck of Many Things" - which is a Harrow version of the deck of many things.

You can use the Basic Card Tables extension to turn these tables into decks of cards (the care is no longer available once drawn). See here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?23099-Basic-Card-Tables-Extensions

But this won't work very well with setup #1 above if you want to draw and remove cards from the deck. All of the Harrow cards are available as images in the "Curse of the Crimson Thrown, Intro and Appendix" module. It will be straight forward to make a 54 row table with these and use the card extension to create a "deck" you can draw cards from, and keep them removed from the deck. If this is what you want.

So, all of the options are there for you - one requires a bit of work and a community extension.

I'm prepping for starting it this friday. It looks to be awesome, and any problems I find I'm noting in the official module thread. There aren't a ton of problems I have found yet though.

I am finding my preferred way of running is to use the module 'reference manual' for each chapter.

What is this reference manual you speak of? Thanks all for the responses will keep you updated.

It's the ref manual in the module data.

I made a Harrow Deck module a few months ago. It should save a little work.

Holy cow, I had been stressing about how to run a harrow in the table, this is exceedingly timely!
