Effect to boost a specific knowledge skill

Is it possible to create an effect that boosts a specific knowledge skill?

Something like this?
SKILL: 2 knowledge(geography);

I suck at effects, so someone will come along and tell you the syntax for what you are doing, but I wanted to at least welcome you to the greatest VTT forum there is!

Looks like yes according to https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/3.5E_Effects . Not sure on the Syntax though.
