I don't see special topic for WOIN N.E.W in part for Game Systems so I ask here.

1. where I can find rulesets and campaigns for this system? I normal folder, where I have other rulesets I don't see
2. Is somewhere instructions for this system special I'm interested in tracker, and for examples how I can change some statistics on character age, e.g. speed, climb, initiative
3. How I can improve career - I edit grade manualy?
4. I can use combat tracker to PSI fighting?

This ruleset is in the vault so you are unable to edit or view the xml/lua.

5. Why I can't add new skills?
6. Why I can't add new equipments?
7. How I can put PSI Weapon to character sheet in Action page?

Maybe someone know answers?

It's always better to post questions about a ruleset directly in the forums rather than messaging people - PM inboxes can frequently fill up/get overloaded, you have a better chance of getting a quick answer from community members - or ideas outside the box, and it provides others with a chance to learn about issues and potential resolutions.
