I came across this article on Narrative Initiative and I found it pretty interesting (Link:https://lootthebody.wordpress.com/2017/08/04/the-art-of-starting-a-fight-narrative-initiative-in-dd/). Is there any way of integrating something like this into FG?

The main problems I see of incorporating something like this is 1)having a fluid initiative turn order and 2)also keeping track of who has taken a turn and who hasn't. Is there a way of bolding/unbolding PCs/NPCs in the CT or similar mechanism to solve with the second problem?

Hi kdpomeroy welcome to FG.

Since you are not rolling initiative you could add a number into the initiative box on the CT for the first person to go and once they have gone enter a number for the second and so on. So anyone who has a number has had their turn and those that don’t have still to go. Once everyone has had a go, clear all initiatives and start again.

The biggest problem will be determining when effects which end at the start or end of a turn will run out.
