Connection failure

My Fantasy Grounds was working. Just uninstalled and did a clean re-install of it and now it won't connect to the server so none of my players can reach me.

Its been allowed through my windows firewall...but not working.

Does anyone have any simple fixes since I'm not a computer guy as to how to fix this. After all if my players can't get to me...no sense using it for gaming.

Is the port forwarding working? When you try a connection test, what happens? What OS are you using?
