Stat block export ?

Is there a utility which can export char and or npc data into (new) stat block format? And vice versa?

NPC Designer by rpg attitude allows you to export npc's into FG format. You do have to copy and paste them into the FG files though.

I don't know of anything that pulls npc's out of FG.
