I am attempting to run FG (Ultimate) through a mobile hotspot without a VPN. I hope this is possible. The question I have is how to configure the application within the hotspot admin port forwarding window. I have attached a Gyazo link of the admin page for the hotspot I am using.

Thanks in advance for all help.

Most mobile hotspots do not support port forwarding but it looks like you are lucky and yours does :) It appears you have everything configured correctly, except for IP Address you need to enter your local IP address for your host. This is probably something like "192.168.0.3", but it could actually be almost anything. If your hotspot has a "Connected "Device" list, it should tell you what the internal IP is for your host computer. You can also find it by running a "ipconfig /all" from a command prompt on your host computer and looking for a number above associated with something like "Wireless Adapter"

It will depend on the isp/telecom provider more than anything else. Even if you forward the ports in your hotspot, it will depend on if you are sharing a pooled IP and if the telecom provider is doing all the NAT for you.

Pretty easy to test, your forward rule looks right (not sure how you point it at the ip your computer gets). If your connection test works then you are good to go. If it does not, you will needa VPN solution.

Yep its not the hotspot that is the issue its that the ISP will almost never give you a public ip address on the connection.
You will most likely need Hamachi or a VPN.

It looks like though I can port forward through the hotspot it's still not going to work with FG. Now off to figure out VPN options and what all that will entail. Thanks again.

The standard VPN recommendation is pureVPN with the dedicated IP option.

They have a "cyberweek special" going on now.
