Caves of Chaos 5e (D&D Next)

Does anyone know where to get a legitimate copy of the Caves of Chaos that was released as a D&D Next playtest several years ago? Looked like a fun one to convert and I think I saw that Xorn converted it a few years back. I've found the pdf on the internet but it looks like its from people that have posted it without permission. I'm happy to buy it but can't seem to find it on dmsguild or drivethru. If it was never officially released then I guess I'll move on to something else. Thanks!

Their is a PDF on Wizards site, but it's only 4 pages; https://media.wizards.com/downloads/dnd/DnD_Next_ReturnCavesChaos.pdf I think it was Con playtest material right? So I don't think anything useable ever got released.

I'm not aware of this being released outside of the playtest packet. Therefore and "legitimate" copy would only be available to those who signed up to the playtest.
