Custom rulesets/character sheets & players

If I buy or make my own ruleset do all players get a copy of it when they connect to my game? What about custom character sheets? Are they downloaded everytime they connect or is a copy kept locally(subdirectory possibly)?

Yeah, the ruleset folder is downloaded to the client when they connect. On subsequent connects there shouldn't be any downloads unless the files have changed.
