Reroll initiative each round

I have a question. Is there a way or and extension that allow rerolling initiative each round ?

We think that would be an better way to handle combats.

There is a campaign setting option to do this for the 5E ruleset. Check the House Rules seting, look for "CT: Roll init each round".

And, as celestian says, there is now the option in the campaign settings.
