One of my players cannot connect

So all of my players are able to connect with no problem. One of them is getting an error message popup before it connects to my client.
This is the error message he gets:

Script Error: [string "scripts/LauncherProperties.lua"]:171: bad argument #3 to 'startClient" [string expected, got nil]

His Installation may be faulty. Ask him to delete the Fantasy Grounds exe file and the Fantasy Grounds updated exe file and reinstall from the store web installer.

He may have the data in the wrong fields. Make sure he has the server name (or alias) in the correct field, and the user name in the other.

We've tried deleting the files and re-installing from the web installer, and double-checked the alias and user name info. Tried using both IP and alias. Still the same message.

Not sure what it was, but we did the delete/reinstall yet a fourth time, and it worked this time!
