I get this error when I click on a image link in 5e and 2ad&d

Check the extensions. This usually occurs because you have an extension that is causing problems. As always, create a new campaign with no extensions and see if the problems repeats, if it does not, restart the problem campaing turning off one extension at a time until you find the extension that is causing the problem.
