Targeting frame

Hi
Can anyone help me, by pointing to where in the code I change the frame in the targeting frame (see the red circle in attached screenshot)?
It looks like it is in the ct_host.xml or template_ct.xml in the ct_target windowclass or in the related template, but i can't seem to find the right place.

It's in the CoreRPG ruleset. Search for <!-- Targeting subsection --> in ct_host.xml
